What was it like being part of the Team USA camp in Vegas?

Answer:

It was great. It was an honor to be invited, and I hope I made a good impression. Just to be there and play with so many great players was a good learning experience and a lot of fun for me. I can't wait for future opportunities with Team USA!

Question:

Are you there all the time and on all the 4 days of the camp?

Answer:

Yes! I'll be there throughout the camp meeting everyone and teaching all the campers.

Question:

What are you most looking forward to about all-star weekend?

Answer:

Just being with the fans. Being with my family. And just having fun, that's what the whole experience is about. Just having fun down there and learning some leadership skills while I'm down there with those great players.

Question:

How does it feel to be an all-star?

Answer:

I really can't describe it right now. It really hasn't hit me. Hopefully, when I get down to Dallas that's when it will really hit me, I know. I really didn't know there wasn't an All-Star for the Bulls since Mike in '98 or something like that, so just thinking about that it's amazing.

Question:

at the moment, are you a bigger Memphis fan or Kentucky fan?

Answer:

Memphis. I'll always be a Memphis fan. But my coach [John Calipari] is in Kentucky, so I'm their fan too, but I'm definitely a Memphis fan.

Derrick sprains left wrist vs Magic, MRI scheduled for today

Derrick Rose sprained his left wrist after colliding with Dwight Howard with 55 seconds left in the first quarter of last night’s game against the Magic. He finished the quarter before leaving for the locker room.

An X-ray initially revealed the sprain Bulls coach Vinny Del Negro said. Derrick is scheduled to have an MRI done on the wrist on today.

“Derrick has a sprained wrist,” Del Negro said. “I have no idea how bad it is. He’s going to get an MRI [Friday] to see how bad the damage is and see how he feels.”

On Feb. 10, Howard fouled Rose in Chicago just two minutes into the game and Rose was diagnosed with a hip bruise.

“As a big man, you never try to hurt anybody when they come down the lane,” Howard said. “Me and Derrick are cool. I think he’s a great player. A great person. Never wanted to see him get hurt. But I always tell him, if you come down the lane, always come off two feet. That way you’ll be on balance. You come off one all it takes is for somebody’s body to hit you and you’re going to fall. I hope he gets better. I hope there’s nothing seriously wrong with him. But I never intended on hurting him. It’s just the way it happened.”

man forget that fake apology thats the SECOND time he has done that to my Athlete Baby and the first time it was on my Bday so im glad i didnt go cuse i woulda wasted money and i woulda been TOOOOOOOOOOO mad but i KNOW we’ll be in the Playoffs so Drose Chi-Town loves u and wish u the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I dont’ D.Howard tries to hurt D.Rose.Like he said that’s the way iy happened.D.Rose comes down the lane so quick, the opponents that are there and do quickest thing that comesto mind.It all ends iwth D.Rose hurt.I wonder why that is

Derrick I hope u get better soon!! The Bulls game aint the same without you! & as far as D. Howard goes….yea they may be cool and it was an accident….but how far is it gonna go until itz not an accident anymore?? what is going to happen next, are you gonna break his leg??
